Welcome to "Nourishing the Journey," a 2 hour online session designed to provide expecting parents with essential knowledge about nutrition during postpartum. This class aims to empower expectant and new parents to make informed decisions regarding health and the well-being of their growing baby and taking care of yourself after baby arrives. This class deliver an understanding the unique nutritional needs during pregnancy to navigating the postpartum period with proper nourishment and self-care.

*Taught by Educator Michelle Tyliakos & Krista Parr. If you are unable to attend, you must give 2 hours advance notice in writing to michelle@michelletyliakos.com. You will be able to transfer your registration to another person, attend this class at the next offering or choose another mini class at the same price or less. Refunds will not be given.
