Pregnancy can be an emotionally challenging time for some due to hormonal changes, societal expectations and the anticipation of becoming a parent. A clear mindset can help reduce stress, anxiety, and worry, contributing to overall emotional well-being. Join us for an evening to get develop what is needed to protect and build your confidence before birth.
In this session we will
- Create self care practices
- Explore journaling & note taking
- Reduce anxiety
- Recognize hidden fears
- Be in circle
- Walk away with more clarity and confidence
- Be acknowledged for the life you are creating
- Leave our session feeling acknowledged, validated and uplifted
- Have a plan for postpartum
We encourage participation in this class, and want to give space for people to care for themselves however they see fit. As always this is your class, and it will be customized to what people feel they most need to address.
This is excellent for people who have never given birth before, or having their 2nd or 5th baby.. A Powerful Pregnancy Mindset will be a great addition to your prenatal care with a physician, midwife or OB, and if you are planning a vaginal birth, a cesarean birth, a VBAC or freebirth. Whatever your goals are, we want to eliminate self doubt, while you feel prepared, ready and powerful in your experience.
Class takes place at Bellies Community Space in Pitt Meadows

You will be able to transfer your registration to another person, attend this class at the next offering. Refunds will not be given unless your birth happens before the class.
