This introduction is for you if you:

-Are a first-time parent and are feeling nervous approaching your birth

-Are curious why we are not the typical prenatal class
-Don't know what you need to do to prepare for postpartum
-Want to learn in a group, private, or semi-private education
-Think your birth partner is not quite on board and you want to create closeness in this next phase of life
