When your client is ready, they register for the group classes with no charge to them. We will invoice you a discounted price.

Class Content

How it works: We give you a unique promo code which you can send to each of your clients. When they register they will not be charged and they have the choosing of which group class they would like to participate in. Once they have registered, we will send you an invoice on their behalf, minus a discount of $50. Once you have paid, they will receive all the information about the class, how to sign in and what to expect.

How we help: We are here to help you elevate your service and coach you to find an a package price that reflects your commitment to your clients. With your clients’ permission, we can also help you to help them by finding resources, facilitating conversations and sharing with you what we discuss in class. We also have postcards to send you so that you can put them in your welcome package.

What if none of my clients register? You have raised your prices to reflect the services you provide. It is low risk, as you will only be charge when your client registers and there is no minimum or maximum amount of registrants you must provide.

What are your recommendations? We recommend that your clients register for a virtual group class that starts between 27 and 32 weeks. In order for us to accommodate them, encourage them to register shortly after your first appointment or even upon hire.

What else do I need to know? We can help you share on social media and ways to promote yourself. We will send you a welcome package which will include images, copy and descriptions that you can share. Your clients can email us directly and you will be fully supported.

​Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
 This agreement is designed with you in mind, as well as protecting you, Crowning Glory Birth Inc.. and our customers. Please read thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]
 Affiliate Agreement
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Crowning Glory Birth Inc. . affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Crowning Glory Birth Inc. .” refers to Crowning Glory Birth Inc. , a British Columbia Corporation, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Crowning Glory Birth Inc. . affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
 Payment
As a participant in the Affiliate 100 Program. Once your client registers in one of our group classes, we will send you the invoice. Your client will receive the information for the class once you have paid the invoice. If the invoice has not been paid before the start of class, your client will not be a part of that series.
 Refunds
We do not offer refunds after the start of the class.
 Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the Crowning Glory Birth Inc. . brand and marketing resources available. After completion of the above form, you will receive an email with our logo and brand directions. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Crowning Glory Birth Inc. . and will never advertise Crowning Glory Birth Inc. . products directly.
 The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Crowning Glory Birth Inc. . or their relationship with Crowning Glory Birth Inc. . in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Crowning Glory Birth Inc. .
 Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice. If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further invoicing from Crowning Glory Birth Inc. will submitted. It is also your responsibility to let your clients know this is no longer a service that you offer. If Crowning Glory Birth Inc. terminates the agreement, we will direct you to other prenatal classes or offers in which you may want to provide as part of your package.
If Crowning Glory Birth Inc. . chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance will be paid out within a week of the start of the prenatal class.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the Province of British Columbia. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
