We recommend that people begin The Prenatal Academy between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy. That window gives them enough space to learn, reflect, and actually use what they're taking in as your pregnancy unfolds. That said, starting at any point offers a steady, practical framework that supports mindfulness through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the My Powerful Birth Referral Partner Program, operated by Crowning Glory Birth Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

This agreement is designed to protect referral partners, Crowning Glory Birth Inc., and the families we serve. Please read this document carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]

By applying to or participating in the Referral Partner Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

Company refers to Crowning Glory Birth Inc., operating My Powerful Birth.

Referral Partner refers to an individual or organization approved to participate in the My Powerful Birth Referral Partner Program.

Referral Link refers to the unique tracking link assigned to a Referral Partner for the purpose of identifying referred customers.

2. Program Overview

The My Powerful Birth Referral Partner Program allows approved partners to earn a referral commission when a customer purchases The Prenatal Academy using the partner’s unique referral link.

Participation in the program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the Referral Partner and the Company.

Referral Partners act independently and are responsible for their own promotional activities.

3. Referral Commission Structure

Referral commissions are available for purchases of The Prenatal Academy.

Retail price: $149 USD

Referral commission: $25 USD per successful sale

Client discount: none

To qualify for a commission:

The purchase must be completed through the Referral Partner’s unique referral link.

Full payment must be received by the Company.

The transaction must not be refunded or reversed.

The Company’s tracking system is the final authority for determining whether a referral qualifies for commission.

4. Existing Class Affiliate Arrangements

Certain affiliates may have previously received coupon codes for My Powerful Birth live classes.

These existing arrangements remain unchanged.

In-Person Signature Classes

Price: $349 CAD

Client discount: $25 CAD

Affiliate commission: $25 CAD

Online Signature Classes

Price: $299 CAD

Client discount: $25 CAD

Affiliate commission: $25 CAD

No new coupon codes will be issued for live classes moving forward.

New Referral Partners will promote The Prenatal Academy only through referral links.

5. Payment of Commissions

Referral commissions are paid monthly through the Company’s affiliate portal.

Payments for Prenatal Academy referrals are issued in USD.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions in cases of:

refunded purchases

fraudulent activity

self-referrals

violation of these Terms and Conditions

Referral Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with any applicable tax reporting obligations in their jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

The Prenatal Academy is a digital education program.

If a purchase associated with a referral is refunded or reversed, the related referral commission will not be paid or may be deducted from future payouts.

Refund policies may be updated periodically by the Company.

7. Promotional Conduct

Referral Partners agree to promote My Powerful Birth programs in an honest and professional manner.

Referral Partners must not:

make misleading or false claims about the program

misrepresent the program content or outcomes

imply endorsement by My Powerful Birth beyond participation in the referral program

engage in spam or unsolicited bulk email marketing

use deceptive advertising practices

The Company reserves the right to remove any Referral Partner who does not align with these standards.

8. Disclosure Requirements

Referral Partners must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws.

When promoting My Powerful Birth programs, Referral Partners must clearly disclose that they may receive a referral commission if someone purchases through their referral link.

Examples of acceptable disclosures include statements such as:

"I may receive a referral commission if you purchase through this link."

9. Use of Brand and Intellectual Property

Referral Partners may use approved My Powerful Birth logos and marketing materials provided by the Company.

Referral Partners may not modify brand assets or represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of the Company.

Participation in the referral program does not grant the Referral Partner ownership of any trademarks, intellectual property, or copyrighted materials belonging to the Company.

10. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Referral Partner Program at any time.

If the Referral Partner terminates the agreement, any earned commissions from valid completed sales prior to termination will be paid according to the normal payout schedule.

The Company reserves the right to terminate participation if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Referral Partner Program.

The Company does not guarantee any level of sales, earnings, or program performance.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Arbitration

Any disputes arising under or related to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Province of British Columbia.

The arbitration decision may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Modification of Terms

Crowning Glory Birth Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes may include updates to:

commission structure

payment procedures

referral program rules

eligibility requirements

Continued participation in the Referral Partner Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
